Need access to the Admin Portal? No Problem!
User access can be granted by any user designated as a "Global Admin."
Global Admins:
- Have the ability to manage Global and Site Leader admin users for all designated facilities.
- Have the ability to add and remove Site Admins and Global Admins for all designated facilities.
Need to know the type of access you need?
- Global Admins are generally individuals who:
- Oversee multiple facilities (i.e. Executive leadership and or Regional/ Market/ District leaders).
- Site Admins are generally individuals who:
- Oversee one or two individual facilities (i.e CNOs, Nurse Managers, HR managers).
To request access:
- Contact the Global admin user for your facility.
- Your Global Admin will be able to add you as a user from within the portal under the "Manage Users" section.
- Once you’ve been added, you will receive an email with a link to sign-in.
