Exciting enhancements to the Impact Program! We are introducing several new features to the Shift Pickup Program:

What:

    • A new points based program 
      • When team members achieve a tier (silver, gold, or platinum), they will receive points.
    • A new app to track and monitor program progress.
      • The new Gratia App will be the team member’s central hub to track program progress and redeem points for rewards.
    • More reward options!
      • Points can be redeemed for the bonus differential or a new reward option, gift cards!

WHO:

  • Programs are available to non-exempt, full time RN, CNA, LPN/LVN, LT, RT, MT, & MLT
  • PRN, Seasonal, Part Time, Per Diem and Float Pool team members are not eligible at this time

WHERE:

  • All hours worked and points earned can be tracked in the app, where rewards can also be redeemed.
  • The two-way texting tool will still be available. Team members can continue to track hours and points and will receive program updates and announcements
  • If team members have questions related to the current program, program updates, and assistance with signing up, text “Support” to the texting tool to view the FAQ page and chat with a live agent.     

WHEN:

  • July 1, 2024: New app available for eligible team members
  • Q3 Qualification Period (Jul-Sept): Team members earn points for achieving reward tiers that can be redeemed for rewards.
  • Q4 Qualification Period (Oct-Dec): A Gratia account will be required to participate in Impact Programs. Bonus differentials will not be automatically applied in Q4. All rewards must be redeemed exclusively within the app.

HOW:

  • Team members with access to the two-way texting will receive a text with a link to sign into the app
  • To earn points, pick up extra shifts. Choose a reward. That simple!
  • If team members don’t have access, Scan the QR code below to get started

The first 500 team members to sign-in to the app will receive 100 points ($10)!

If team members already have an account, no need to create a new one. Just check for a text message on July 1st to sign into the app.
